Have you decided you aren't have any fun? Can you bend over and tie your shoes without passing out? When you go into your closet and try on clothes is this fun? Or does it ruin your whole day? Are you on a variety of medications (or well on your way there)? These are all questions we answered "yes" to over 6 years ago. Being overweight, unhealthy and unfit stinks. Period. But you have the power to change and sometimes, in the words of the famous "Beatles", you need a little help from your friends. Laurie started first, Wayne was an accidental tourist. But before we knew it we were on the path, getting help, and giving help. And if you think that you can simply "diet" and get different results than the 5,000 other times you've tried - well, blessings. We dug in, understood that we needed to work on the six inches between our ears, and embrace what it meant to be healthy, happy, whole individuals. Inside and out. We love what we do - we love helping others explore what health means to them. It's different for everyone, but in the end the result is the same....living up to your potential.
